When purchasing a vehicle from drive dayles you recive piece of mind and outstanding service. If there is any issues after purchasing a vehicle rest assured that they will be resloved at speeds even broudband couldn’t provide. If your in the market for a vehicle then I would recommend drive dayles.

After my wife finding this vehicle on the website she said I have to have that car making an enquiry on a weekend and getting a call back out of hours was outstanding customer service dayle sent me an indepth video of the car showing everything I needed to know i made the purchase which was so smooth travelling down from Norfolk he offered to collect me from the local rail station arriving at the car t was everything he had said it was.

Warm and welcome greeting from Dayle and his team, the offer of a drink and something to eat and your relaxed ready for the next part. A no pressure approach with you given the keys to try the vehicle in your own time gives you a confident feeling. Then it’s up to you to decide to go ahead with purchase. This is now the second car I’ve bought for myself, and both times I’ve bought from Drive Dayles. I’ve also taken a family member there to buy their first car. Honestly, I couldn’t be happier with the experience.
There is absolutely no pressure – just genuine, friendly, professional service. Both cars I’ve purchased have been immaculate and clearly well cared for. They were properly serviced, and I’ve been so impressed that I’ve continued to use the same garage they use for MOTs and servicing, and I’ll be doing the same for my new car too.
The buying experience was a breeze on both occasions. I never felt rushed or pressured into a decision. I was given the space to properly inspect the car at my own pace, with the reassurance that if I had any questions, Dayle was always nearby and happy to help. He strikes the perfect balance – attentive without hovering, helpful without being pushy.
Dayle is a true gent, and clearly takes pride in what he does. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, stress-free car buying experience, I genuinely can’t recommend Drive Dayles highly enough.
